I lead several teams that support our customers on the adoption and ongoing use of our products and services. I am also responsible for the Sales Operations and Sales Enablement functions in our GTM (go to market) division of the UK business. I joined LexisNexis in 2002 and have held various roles since joining, all focused on delivering excellent customer experience and value. I am a firm believer of putting the Customer at the heart of everything we do and believe this is fundamental to the success we have had, in the markets that we serve.
I'm based in the Midlands and also spend a lot of time working out of our London office. I am married with 2 children, who continue to keep me busy in my spare time. I am part of a student business mentoring programme at a local college and actively coach and mentor people inside and outside of work.
My experience include:
- 10 years of direct Sales experience
- 8 years in Sales management and leadership
- 7 years in various Sales Operational roles
- 2 years in leading the LexisNexis UK Customer Service operation
